I have a lvl 70 metagross i want to train him so that his attack defense etc. stats become very very strong ?

  1. it means effort value check give youre metagross vitamins like carbos protein etc...  give him the macho brace and check this websit for knwing how to ev train : www.pokedream.com go to diamond&pearl ev training for xample if youre pokemon battles a geudude and then leveles up it will have more defense etc...
