I have a major computer addiction...

i have a computer addiction this has been going on for at least 2 years i can't stop thinking about the computer when I'm off it. and when I'm sleeping i dream about the games. i need help on what i should do. i don't like hanging around family anymore nor friends.

You need an intervention ...have it at a local gaming store.

My sister has a similar problem and shes been trying to wheen herself off a little every week.  If you spend 5 hours a day on the computer take an hour out every other week.  My sister went from 5 hours a day down to 3 so far by doing this. Good Luck!
