She has the smokey eyes going on in that picture.  Make sure you have an angled brush to achieve this look.  

Line your eyes with black eyeliner on the inside and all the way around.  You can do a little "cat's eye" look by extending the liner just a smidge past your eyes.  Above the lash line, apply a thin line with black liquid liner, follow the previous line.  Take black eye shadow and follow the liner above your lash line.  Take a grey shadow and sweep that across the rest of your eyelid.  Blend with an angled brush upwards.  Last, take the angled brush and line your lower lid underneath the lash line with black eye shadow.

I wear this pretty frequently.  Remember that since it's such a dramatic effect with your eyes you don't really need anything beside this other than lip gloss.

shes wearing a natural look so just some brown eyeliner and eyeshadow with the outter edges a lighter brown

just looks like dark eyeliner and upper and lower lids mascara and dark eye shadow... it isnt that hard
