You bet, as soon as your tamas are adults for 48 hours, you can go to the dating show icon, and then you select which one you want to marry...then you get three chances each day to pick a random character the matchmaker provides..I always got the one I wanted by the third try;)

Yeah they can both marry. Just make sure that they aren't the same gender because it won't work if you are trying to do it that way. They have to be the opposite gender to marry.
