I have a marriage certificate with an Apostille from South Carolina and I need a translation into german?

Here it is....

I have a certified copy of our marriage certificiate with an Apostille from South Carolina. I now need an translation into german for that. Is a notarized translation done by a notary public sufficient for its official use in Germany?

Further, does anyone know a good source where I can send the documents and have them translated and certfied/notarized?
