I didn't realize we had one because I've been trying to complete a bunch of makeup work that I owe due to being out from 3 broken ribs. What should I do, because I'm really not prepared?

explain to your professor. maybe he'll let you take it again if you get a really bad grade or maybe he'll give you some extra credit work to boost up your grade.

Just relax. If you have been consistent in your work, there is nothing to worry about. Just do your best and see the outcome. It isn't your fault.
