I have a medium sized skimboard with a traction pad, how do i ollie/ do a shove-it with it?

im not quite sure how to lift the board, i dunno whether to step on the bar of the traction pad or does that not matter? Thanks for the answers!

Good question! I've never even attemped to ollie with my skimboard...but if you skateboard, it's basically the same idea. Ithink you do step on the bar. Not positive though. Also, shov-its can be done if you jump and twist the board with your feet. Then as the board is turning, you turn while still in the air and land on the board. Hope I helped!!
