I'm a 400m runner, 5'11, 16 years old and I can run the 4 in 50 seconds

  1. i have a meet tomorrow it better not be that same one cuz i cant do the 4 in a time like that!!! are you a guy or a girl tho?

    to lengthen your stride bring your knees up!


  2. Pump your arms really high. My XC coach told us to think of 'Pick the pocket, pick the nose'. Of course, you don't want to exaggerate THAT much, but you get the idea. Plus, the faster you pump your arms, the faster your legs will go.
