I have a member that cannot post anything to the group. Why? His group settings are fine. He was able to post.

I'm not sure why.  Tell him to fill out the form at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/... and ask this question of Yahoo Groups Customer Support.  It's important that he do this, not you, so that Yahoo Groups Customer Support can see what (if anything) is wrong with his profile.
