I have a member that has unsubbed, but she is still getting messages.?

This member unsubbed several weeks ago. She doesn't show as a member when I access my member list and when I look at the transactions, it shows where she unsubbed.

Maybe she had two email addresses and she's getting email from the one that has not unsubscribed.  Have her check which address is receiving the mail from the group.

If it's just one address, consider adding her, waiting a couple of days and removing her.
