I have a microwave? The cardboard square inside is damage so there is sparks?

Could it be repaired? Its a nice microwave but one day when I cleaned it I pushed my finger through that little square cardboardish area.....oops..

I really want to do something about it now?

buy a sheet of "MICA" cut it out to the size and fit! done for about $10 MAX

hey on the same note as the question above, relating to the "Square-shaped cardboard paper-like object" that cover a cavity inside the microwave.

I have also damage the object cause it to be removed, reading the answers to the questions above, i realize it's purpose...
i would like to find a replacement for the object, could any1 tell me where i could get a replacement, and the actual name for the object as well has where or type of business or service to have it replaced.
