  1. yes u can..handle it and do what u gotta do to clear yourself

  2. I don't believe they will look for you outside the state unless necessary.  However, if you are arrested in another state, this information is on record and can be obtained at time of arrest.

Best to clear any outstanding warrents to avoid being arrested.

  3. Simply, Yes.

  4. Quite possibly...try staying out of trouble for a change.

  5. RUN!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO MEXICO!!!!!  GO GO GO GO GO!!!!

  6. It will come up but they will not extradite you.

  7. definately

  8. yep...

    interstate "extradition"

  9. OF COURSE

  10. I doubt if North Carolina will come after you for a misdemeanor or issue an APB on you as far away as Georgia, however, if you come to the notice of the law in Georgia, even something as simple as a traffic violation, anything to give them reason to run a check on your ID, you could indeed be arrested and held pending a decision from North Carolina as to the outcome of your charges.  You will probably have a few additional charges relating to failing to appear as well.  They don't call it "the long arm of the law" for nothing.

  11. No, but stay out of N. Carolina. Georgia doesn't care about misdemeanors in another state.

  12. Yes, if the issuing state is willing to extradite.
