I have a mobile phone which works with a virgin, orange and o2 sim card, but want to know will it work with a t-mobile sim card?

Also if it works with the 3 above networks does it mean the mobile is unlocked?

thanks

  1. It will more than likely work.

Most phones are 'tied' to a certain network and will only work on that particular network.

If it works on more than one network, it means it is more than likely 'unblocked'.

  2. have to get your phone unlocked

  3. What phone is it?

And if it works on 3 networks its very likely to work on all of them.

  4. It's a pretty safe bet that your T-Mobile sim will work in it, as it seems to be unlocked to me.  However, once you put your T Mobile sim in it, I would suggest you then ring T-Mobile and ask for the relevant settings, such as SMS, MMS, Browser (T-Zones) and internet settings, so that the phone will fully work on T-Mobile.

  5. Virgin use T Mobiles network so the sim will work. (My T Mobile Phone worked on Virgin)Also your phone sounds unlocked anyway so you should have no problem

  6. it does sound as if it is unlocked and i would think it will work, borrow somesone t mobile sim card and try it.

  7. I would have said that sounds unlocked to me, so you should be fine with the t-mobile sim.

  8. sounds like its already unlocked so it should work on every network

  9. it could be unlocked..the only way to find out is to try a sim card.

t mobile and virgin sims will work in the same phone as they are run by the same company.
