I have a month to get really fast for 100m sprint can you help?

im 16 and we have the athletics in a month. i was wondering if you have any ideas what i should do from now to the race to improve my speed by as much as i can?

some training schedules or anything?

what should i start doing now to prepare.

Now I'm not a coach or anything, but i'm 15 and very fast for my age and this is what i do.  lift a little bit of weights, but try not to focus mainly on that. do A LOT of sit-ups and push-ups to improve your core strength (helps a lot more than you would think).  now each day (if you really are serious about training) find a steep hill around 10-20 yards long and sprint forwards, backwards, and sideways. you must push yourself until you almost reach the point of collapsing.  

    trust me. if you train with these things seriously everyday, you will see a huge improvement.
