I'm a lacto-ovo-vegetarian (but I do eat fish) and I need to lose weight. I'm going to start swimming this twice a week, and I'm going to walk more than usual.Can anyone give me any tips on weight loss? Like what I should eat and how I can lose weight? I need to lose as much as I can in a month for medical reasons - basically I need to lose weight to be able to go on meds to control a condition I have. My Dr reckons I should be able to lose over a stone, but I don't know how to?!!Thanks!x*x
