I have a month to lose as much weight as possible, can anyone help please?

I'm a lacto-ovo-vegetarian (but I do eat fish) and I need to lose weight. I'm going to start swimming this twice a week, and I'm going to walk more than usual.

Can anyone give me any tips on weight loss? Like what I should eat and how I can lose weight? I need to lose as much as I can in a month for medical reasons - basically I need to lose weight to be able to go on meds to control a condition I have. My Dr reckons I should be able to lose over a stone, but I don't know how to?!!

  1. Don't eat after a certain time. Generally 3 hours before bed if not more. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Don't count calories, but do stay away from fatty sugary food and fried food. Swimming is great, best thing you can do. And yoga/pilates will drop the weight. Good Luck

  3. It always helps me lose weight when i either stop eating out or start making better choices at restaurants. It seems like I always plan on getting a salad, but once I get there and look at the menu and hear what my friends or family are getting, I cave in! I blogged about it here...
