I have a motorala bluetooth 550 device.?

It was originally paried with a blackberry phone but I have upgraded to a different blackberry phone. When I try to pair it with my new phone, it is asking for a numeric passkey. I do not have the passkey, is there any way to reset the passkey (four number code)
