I have a multi french business visa for one year(not schengen) so can I travel to Spain for one week?

I am a businessman, and I have a partners in france, and they want to take me to Spain to show me their factory there, but as the french embassy gave me a multi visa for one year only to France, so I don't know if I have the right to go to Spain for one week with my partners and then come back to France! let me know please if that is possible or not? with many thanks

since you have visa for France , the port of entry is of course France, and you may travel in the schengen zone freely after that ;

the fact that by road from france to spain no border checks are used I cannot see the problem on some roads the border is not even marked,

Since your Schengen visa was issued by France, you are expected to arrive in Europe through France.  After that, you may travel to other Schengen countries as you need to, as long as France is your primary destination:
