when will 413 in the manga be available translated?

This friday.

The reason it was delayed by a week is because there was a holiday in Japan and that meant no Weekly Shounen Jump (which is where Naruto manga is featured in every week in Japan) .

Meaning that it will be released the following week instead.

=D hope that clears up some confusion and i got my info from onemanga.com (where i read naruto manga every week).

Thursday midnight is when it will come out raw, there wasn't any Naruto or Bleach manga this past week.  Afterwards its a guess when it'll be translated, probably soon since everyones having Naruto withdrawal attacks.;-)
