  1. why do you care what your neighbor weighs?

your "neighbor" needs to eat healthy foods, not eat right before bed, dtop drinking soda and sugary drinks, eat not more than 2000 calories a day, do sit ups, run, eat only when he's hungry... etc. there are 1000000s of questions exactly like this too, so just type 'how to lose weight' in the search for questions bar.

  2. Losing weight through diet or dietary aids alone will most likely result in loss of water initially, then loss of muscle rather than fat, as the body will try and protect itself against starvation by hanging onto it's fat reserves. If your neighbour is unable to do sports for some medical reason, then he should combine a sensible eating plan ie.cutting out junk food, grilling rather than frying etc.. with making his daily activities more calorie busting. This may include helping with vigorous household chores, walking  a neighbours dog, walking to school rather than going by bus or car. The most important thing is for him to keep mobile, doing something that is enjoyable to him, then he is more likely to stick with it.

  3. Ok you oh i mean your neighbor should go see a nutritionist can help you oh i mean your neighbor lose weight.
