Fees are variable depending on the course. For example this link shows the yearly fees for all courses at Trinity college.

You will have to visit each individual college website to find out the fees for their courses.

Heres a link with the names of all the colleges in Ireland. The only ones of real importance in this link are the universities and the "institutes of technology".

Try searching on the 'net under "Republic of Ireland universities" and see what you get. Do NOT search under southern Ireland!.

I do not know if the Irish have an office in Zimbabwe, but they should have someone there to represent their interests. Your nephew should look in the local 'phone book.
