I have a new Coby mp-c7095 and have been trying to...

The computer wont recognize it. When I go to "my computer" it is not showing up there. When I go to Media player it won't show up there. I have tried everything I can think of a number of times. Can you help or give me a contact number I can use to call someone about it?
