  1. Unless it has a dryer setting and it is on they will be wet.

If it has a dryer, make sure it is on.

  2. That is pretty common, I believe it might help if you turn it to a high heat setting for the dry cycle, otherwise, leave the door open a bit. Cutlery is usually cluttered together making it harder to dry and plastic doesn't heat up well, making it hard to dry.

  3. Make sure it is set on heat dry.

  4. Make sure you don't have your dishwasher set at economy dry. Also I would use a heavy duty cycle instead of the normal cycle. Economy dry usually use just air to dry, where regular dry uses your heating element to dry your dishes.

  5. chec if dry cycle is on

  6. Elba dishwashers have electronic timing programs. You need to read your instruction manual and find one that actually goes through a drying phase at the end.

I think you have it on a program that skips drying. Or you might have it on a temperature that does not dry long enough.

Or the machine might be faulty.

I suggest you go through the troubleshooting section at the back of the book before you do anything else.

    Good luck.

  7. I have put it on air and heat dry and the only thing that is wet is the bottom of the cups that are turned upside down and the water pools on top other than that the dishes and silverware are all dry.  I find the heat to be better at drying them though and killing any remaining germs.
