I have a new Gateway computer with Microsoft Vista. My Windows installer program I think has problems in the registry. I can not install or remove any programs as the installer "locks up" I have tried system restore and that will not work. I have even tried "RegCure" which scans the system but also locks up once assigned to fix the errors. Is there a way to fix my Windows Installer without reloading my operating system?!
