I have a new Janome MC 11000 machine. Less than a month ago the bobbin assembly 'jumped' and jammed when doing a simple quilting-decorative stitch. I went back to the dealer and had the bobbin assembly replaced as it was clear the needle had hit the plastic rim of the assemble. Now less than a month later I start to stitch a simple straight seam, the machine made a funny noise and again jammed up. Upon taking the plate off, the bobbin assembly out there was another needle hole in the assemble as before. There are many things I love about the MC 11000 but am right now so frustrated, depressed and upset I wonder if I made a really poor choice in a new maching.
