I have a new acer laptop and a sony camera with a memory stick pro duo...?

i'm having a hard time figuring out how to get the card in the slot. seems too big. thanks so much for your help, holding a 4 month old and it's hard to look up :-)

Call Acer and have them walk you through inserting your memory card into their notebook computer.

Move your cursor to the bottom of your computers screen and you will see the tool bar come up.

For reasons of clarity, how much experience to do you have with computers? ... you should have at least  an advanced understanding of how to use computers since they are the other half of what you need to know in order to have success using digital cameras.

I never take my card out of the camera.  

I always use the cord that came with the camera.

The help section on the laptop will tell you how to put the card in properly.
