I have a new camera please help..?

the camera that i have is a Vivitar (vivicam) i can get everything to work on it except the web cam, is there anyone on this site that can help me? it came with a CD for installation and a booklet but for some reason it does not explain how to use the web cam on it. I would very much appreciate it if you could help me. kid regards lorrylorraine

install the software, reboot

set the camera to movie mode

connect the camera via usb cable

turn it on

does the software pop up with anything?
