  1. Your best bet is to contact the Credit Card Company for the procedures and terms and conditions.

Never apply for a credit card that has annual fees.   You should not have to pay the credit card company to use the credit card.

  2. screws up your credit,

I'd call them monday morning and find out your rights,

    credit cards suck@ss

  3. If you've gotten the card, the account is open and established.  "Activiation" is just a security procedure required before you can use the card.

  4. If you don't want the account, call the issuer and ask that the account be cancelled. Ask them to send you an acknowledgement of same. Keep this in your records.

  5. Return the card and tell them to remove the fee.  Never pay for a credit card.  This company will s***w you if you use the card.  Their fees are outrageous.

  6. you would have to make your first purchase and / or activate the account for the fee and account to become valid. After the first charge you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. If you do not want the fee or the account any longer I would advise calling and canceling rather than have the fee be billed to you but still not activate or use the card.....it may cause problems down the road in the event that there was a mistake.

  7. It doesn't matter if you got the card, as long as you didn't activate yet.  If you did, then DO NOT what so ever charge anything on the card, that's if you still don't want it.  But, you'll still have to pay the annual fee! =(

  8. They just cancell the account, no harm no foul

  9. You need to call the credit card company and ask them this question.  Even though you haven't activated the card, if you've had it for a period of time, it might be pass the time to return it, without being obligated to pay the annual fee.  I would suggest you contact them to let them know either way, if you are going to keep or get rid of it.  If you are not sure if you are going to keep a card, then why do you hold onto it?

  10. An even better question is why did you sign up for a credit card that has a yearly fee?
