I have a new side

Question

I have a new side by side Whirpool serial ED2JHAXT001 that has an ice jam in the ice cube maker. I have mislayed my manuel or accidently thrown it away.How can I break it up without damaging it or do I need a repair man.I also have been having things in the bottom drawer of fridge freeze and the setting that the delivery man set. I have turned the setting to 2 for the fridge but it is still just about freezing.
