I have a new sony cybershot 7.2 mega pixel camera with a 512mb memory card. how my photos can my camera hold?

I am going on vacation and I have a camera but it already has some photos on it. I need to know how many photos I can hold on my camera because I plan on taking pictures on vacation but unfourtunetly I lost the cord so cant upload them to my computer. If you could help that would be greatly appreciated. thankyou.

depends on the size of picture you take..7.2mp, 5mp, 3mp

but for 512mb, its wat too small...i suggesting getting 2gb at least ..i had the same camera and i bought 2gb MC and 1 extra batterry..i always go travelling myself
