I have a new website will you suggest me the appropriate way to indexed in google with page rank?

Pagerank is based on amount of links, to get PR 4 you will need to get 1,000+ links, and for PR 5 10,000+ links.  

Pagerank is updated on a quarterly basis and is due for an update in June, 2008. However don't quote me on this because Google can be sneaky.

You ca submit websites with directery google ,yahoo. msn , eny more . You post webboard and put signature with url . Promote websites everyday .

just google "submit site to google" and just look for the option same goes for msn, yahoo etc but make sure you go to the official site. There are some dodgy websites that say they will do it for you. And then submit a site map to googe' webmasters tools and sign up for google analytics to see the number of people coming to your site.

You might want to exchange links with websites that have similar content with yours, this helps SEO
