I have a nikon n55 and im having problems ?

and i have a different lens attached and on my screen it says FEE.. what does this mean ..

and how can i fix it

It means

1) A auto focus lens is not attached, attached a auto focus lens or ignore the FEE.

2) The lens is not seated properly,  cure reattached the lens.

3) The contacts on the lens and/or camera is dirty,  cure clean them (dry method).

If I'm not mistaken, I think that meant the aperature ring on the lens itself was not set to the wide open position...(lowest number)...
