Wetting the bed is a medical condition and you should take her to see a specialist for that so they can find a way to stop it from happening, she isnt doing it on purpose it happens while she is sleeping.

As for the lieing and "stealing?" you need to have a serious talk with her and maybe try parenting her a different way, because as her mother you have a huge affect on her life.

i have a 9yr old neice who does the same thing. take her to a specialist for the bed-wetting and im still trying to figure out wtf to do with the lying. she has a mouth on her too and thinks she is queen. just talk with her
