I have a nokia 5200 mobile.now my camera & video is not working.Also now wen i make a call .i cant hear ?

now i can hear only one side response in my phone.what is the reason of this problem?because of virus?

There are no viruses (nor anti-virus programs, for that matter) for this particular phone model, so the problem is definitely not caused by a virus. Most likely, it is some kind of hardware failure. Take the phone to a repair shop.
