  1. Contact your recruiter and explain the situation.  Until you to sign your final contract at MEPS, the day you ship, you don't fall under the jurisdiction of the UCMJ.  Once you sign that final contract you will and if this comes up later you could be in trouble.  


  2. never heard of a non recordable DUI.  if you were arrested it will show up.  I saw plenty of people kicked out of boot camp for not being honest at MEPS

  3. Never heard of a non-recordable DUI. The military background check should have shown the fines owed. If you got the violation after the background check, it could cause you problems while in basic.
