  1. go to history on the program and manually remove each risk.

  2. This method should probably work, but takes quite a long time:

    Open your Norton Security program.

Update your Norton Security (run LiveUpdate).

    Run a Full System Scan.

When the 10 "required attention" files appear, go to the "Attention Required" tab and click on "Action" and select "resolve".

    Finally, click on finish.

If they're still not resolved then you will have to delete them manually:

Select the Norton Security Online tab.

Click on "Manage Quarantined Items" and on "Go to Quarantine".

After that, a window should pop out.

Go to "Select View:" and select "Unresolved Security Risk".

The first 10 security risks should be the ones you still havn't deleted or resolved.

Select on the one you want to get rid of, and on the right side of the window, there should be a "More Detail" option.

Click on it and search down to where it says "Risk Details" and click on "View".

Under the "Detail" tab there should say "Affected Area".

Click on all the files affected and on the bottom where it says "Details" and it should show all the paths were the infected files are at.

Search for the infected file and deleted them.

This is a manual deletion of the viruses, so it will take long.

    Hope this helps.  :)
