I have a old 7hp montgomary ward mower.?

i am trying to switch th front pully to the back and the back pully to the front so i can make it run faster for fun. but i dont know how to do it. i need some help. and if there are some more ways to make it faster without spending a lot of money let me know. and because of the mower being so old do you think the pullys cant be switched
