I have a old garcia baitcasting reel,a 1500c ,i have heard that ist is realy worth alot,is it?

it is little and gray, it has abue sweden stamped into the side,and Ambassadeur 1500c on the side,a guy offered me a good little bit of money for it once before,and i was trying to find out more about it.
