I have a outdoor gfi for a fountain well i unplugged it when i plugged it back in it did not work i have

hit the reset button and the test button and nothing. i plugged the pump into another outlet so i know it works.none of my breakers looked like they tripped do i need to find the breaker it goes to and flip it?

Plug something else into that outlet (without the pump plugged in) and see if it works.  Push the Reset button hard - they are sometimes hard to press.  If that doesn't make it work head for your circuit breaker panel.  Try moving each breaker gently.  If you find a loose one, that one is probably the one that is tripped.  Turn it off then back on and see if that fixes your problem.
