I have a pain/ache in my balls and groin area after ejaculating, whats wrong with me and is it serious?

  1. sounds as if yoy've got epididmus which is a inflammation of the tubes carrying the sperm from your testicles to your p***s you need to see a doctor it's easily treated with antibiotics and anti  inflammatories one way to pre empt what the doctor might do is the bundle of tubes leading away from your testicles is give them a squeeze if you all of a sudden are in agony you've definately got it


  2. It's probably "blue balls" or asphyxiation of the testes. If you weren't breathing properly during masturbation/sexual intercourse, your genitals may have been "holding their breath" in a sense. However if you are worried it could be something else, you can ask a doctor.

  3. Hello there,

                      It can happen if you are very active or if you are on the go for a long time before you let go. Try not having any s*x for two or three days, or making if brief. If it doesn't settle, have a word with the doctor, but it doesn't sound like anything serious.  Good luck.
