I have a pain in my left side ,near the middle of my stomach. What does this mean?

i havent ran or anything, so its not like a cramp.

This may be a pain coming from the skin, muscles in the abdominal wall or the stomach or intestines beneath.

You say that there is no reason for a muscle pain.

I believe that your pain would have occure only a few days ago.

If it was not preceded by similar pains or nausea or vomiting , then it cannot be due to an ulcer.

But it could have been a pain due to gas or an excessive acidity ( although there was no burning sensation).

I think by now your pain would have vanished.

You have not send sufficient information and as such I cannot be more specific.
