I have a pain right under my left breast, is it my heart?

the only way i can describe it is like a pinch. i got an ecg done 3 months ago and it was normal.

most likely it's a pinched nerve of some sort.  If it's directly under you left breast it's going to be closer to your ribs then your heart.  unless you mean it's behind your left breast.  Even then it's probably not going to be your heart.  If it really has you concerned go back to your doctor, explain it to him/her and let them know you are extremely concerned and want to have more tests run.

There's no harm in having more tests and being cautious.

Very often pain there is gas. :-)  Try rubbing it and if you can make yourself burp.  I know that sounds strange.  It needs to be worked out.  It could also be a muscle strain.  Your heart is actually more in the middle, not under your breast.
