I have a pair of too big field hockey shinguards. Is there any way to make them smaller?

they are one size fits all and youth ones do not fit me. I just bought these so buying another pair is out of the question :(

Try play it again sports. Or return them and buy ones with real sizing.

maybe you could try washing them to shrink them down alittle bit.i know after washing mine they always fit alot tighter than they would after wearing them a few times.but if that doesnt work than you can try rolling down the shin pad atleast on or two times and that may help them fit alittle bit better.
