  1. Charge it and see if it turns on. Maybe it just needs a new battery.

    I have a Zire 71 that I didn't use for 2 years, so the battery lost its charge..but I just charged it back up & it's as good as new.


  2. charge it and if that does not work,  you might need a new battery.
