I have a palm treo 750 and I'm traveling for a year. How can I back up my data: calendar/ adress book/ notes?

Also: I have windows mobile 5.0.

I can't bring a laptop with me...

I feel the best would be if I could sink to a server... as if I loose my phone I will have to restore the data.... but there may be other options.

Is there anyway you could hotsync it to your computer, then save all the files from your phone to a cd or usb drive?
