I have a panasonic kx-tda30 phone system at work that wont audiable ring when line 1 is in use?

My business has a panasonic phone system installed and when we have someone using line 1 and another person trys to call in the other phones on the system only flash but do not ring.

I have an AT&T, and on the phone that is being used for line 1, yes, it only flashes becuase you don't want to hear ringing all day when you're on the phone, but any other phone that is hooked into the system will ring.

Sorry - don't have your phone,  but this is my experience.  Maybe there is a setting that you can adjust.  Seems like it may be a courtesy feature.
