I have a panasonic telephone how can i make it reach further?

  1. Those mentioned antennas are a joke. Actually, what you need is a 'range extender' device. The problem with these antennas, is that the 5.8 Ghz. phones use 2.4 Ghz. for the base. (Some even still use 900 Mhz., like AT&T on many phones, for the base unit.) These antennas can not be 'tuned' for the different frequencies with any efficiency. Save your money. Instead of 3 to 6db. gain, you could end up with less power output, (or ERP..'Effective Radiated Power') than without the hyped antennas!! Not a good deal. Take it from a Broadcast Engineer..

  4. you have not described the type of phone that you have..

    DECT will provide you with the furthest range, followed by 2.4Ghz, then 5.8Ghz, and finally 900 Mhz.

    they sell extended range (1000m) DECT phones, as well as DECT range extenders/repeaters to increase the range of the signal.
