I have a panasonic viera PX70B and a panasonic dvd DMR-EX75EB and a vergin media box?

does anyone have any idea how to set them all up ,where do all the cables and scarts go?i have instructions but can`t make head or tail of them .

Connect the dvd with a hdmi lead from the hdmi socket on the back of the dvd to the hdmi socket on the back of the tv.And connect the Virgin media box with a scart lead from the box to the av1 scart on the back of the tv.You should also connect another scart lead from the video scart socket on the back of the box to the av2 scart socket on the back of the dvd.Your arial goes straight in the back of the tv.And hopefully that should solve your problems.Anything else you need know just email me and ill try and help you out more
