  1. You do not need a theme just choose like 4 or 5 colors and then you can base your outfit off of that.

    You can make formal or informal


  2. Sweet 16 parties have really gotten out of hand lately.  

    Depending on how outrageous you want to be, you could do a "nightclub" themed party and have all of your guests wear white and you can wear something bright to stand out!

    A masquerade ball would be fun!  How about a Disco theme?
