i have been the only one to support the children financially and am clearly capable and willing to continue to he is noncustodial and hasnt even bought them school clothes supplies shoes or anything throughout their lives they are 10 and 13 i cannot afford an attorney and he has used legal aid so they wont help me plz if anybody knows anything plz let me know
