  18. I do data entry for Probation so I think I can help. If you are placed on probation for this charge one of the standard terms of probation is that you cannot leave the county without permission from your P.O. So if you are placed on probation you just need to ask your P.O. if you can leave the county for spring break. It is pretty much up to the P.O. if he wants to give you a travel letter to leave the county temporarily. If granted, he will give you a travel letter sealed in an envelope and you carry that with you while you are out of the county. You bring it back to your P.O. showing that it is still sealed when you return to the county. Should you come in contact with any law enforcement they will know that you are on probation and ask you to see your travel letter. They will open the sealed envelope. So when you return with the envelope sealed the P.O. will know that you weren't involved in any trouble because the envelope is still sealed.

    Hope this helps!
